WELCOME TO AUNT DOT'S PLACE
A community resource for neighbors in need
URGENT VOLUNTEER NEEDS
Saturday mornings pick ups from either Hannaford or Trader Joe's. We are also short on Saturday morning volunteers.
Come see our new space located next door to our old space. On December 4, 2019 from 4-6 PM, we are inviting the community in to see our new space, learn more about what we are doing and learn how to help.
Our Mission Statement
To organize a community of volunteers who will provide a safe and welcoming place where the less fortunate can obtain help with basic needs such as food, clothing and community resources with the assurance of being treated with dignity and respect.
Keep your Money Local
Please consider donating to Aunt Dot's Place. Your donation will stay in your local community and benefit your neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

Helping our Neighbors
Aunt Dot's Place opened in August 2017 as a resource for food. Statistics provided to us by the Williston Community Food Shelf indicate that they were supporting 125 families from Essex. Those 125 families consist of around 400 individuals, including children and seniors, who simply do not have enough to eat. Our goal is provide these families with a resource within their own community where they can visit to get the help they need.
