Aunt Dot’s Has Moved!

September 14, 2019 | by Sue Miyamoto

We are in the same building and the same floor, but after lots of hard work we are moved into a much larger room. Hard-working volunteers set up the shelves and moved the food.

Smiling  Bouchard Pierce workers moved the refrigerators and freezers. Pomerleau workers put a window in the door. Refrigerators were washed and restocked.

Paper towel holders were installed and the office desk moved and put together. The book shelf with our selection of free books was installed too. Others worked together to organize our new work space in the back and volunteers were also picking up more food to stock our shelves.

Numerous people worked together in a fun united effort to get the job done, and have it ready for our clients today! More volunteers are needed as Aunt Dot’s Place expands its reach into meeting some vital needs in our community.
